But Ms "All Class" Kacey Musgraves refused! Good for her, I probably wouldn't do this out of a brand new pair of shoes. In case you missed this on the morning show, here she is refusing the shoey

She took to the stage a few nights later and rose to the shoey occasion... takeing a shot out of what else, but a glass slipper... How do you spell class? K-A-C-E-Y!
