When appetizers are 1 point, we rejoice! These pizza pinwheels slayyyy the app game ???? 2 servings of 2 ingredient dough 1 cube frozen @traderjoes garlic 1 cube frozen @traderjoes basil 2 tbsp ricotta (part skim) 1/2 tbsp pesto 2 oz lite mozzarella shredded 1/2 tsp olive oil ???? Combine dough with garlic and basil Roll out the dough then top with ricotta then pesto then 1 oz mozzarella Roll the dough to form a log and cut into 12 rounds. Roll each round in oil and place on baking sheet that’s been sprayed with nonstick spray. Top wheels with remaining cheese. For desert you can't go wrong with this simple twist on chocolate covered strawberries which is super easy to make, totally fun for the game and nice and easy to eat... plus fruit... I mean after hours of beer and cheese and carbs, even though its covered in chocolate a little fruit is going to help ya out!

Finally, I'm all about customization when it comes to the Big Game... Whether its cuisine or craft beer, when I'm throwing a party at my house I always like to have that year's teams represented on my table... So with that in mind we picked a popular culinary item from New England and one from Los Angeles.

Our LA Food Pick is based off this popular food spot Roscoe's House of Chicken and Waffles.  Now its difficult to pull off the flavor of Roscoe's and again, we're watching football so our focus is going to be on convenient to make and eat, so...

Get the full recipe here!  Pro tip, if you're not down with the peach topping(I'm not) try just maple syrup.  For an extra zing, you can top the chicken with hot sauce or, and this may sound a little odd at first, but trust me its not that bad, mix a little hot sauce together with syrup and serve on the side... 

And you can't go to New England without thinking of Clam Chowder... But once again, convenience of the day is the focus for both the party goer and party thrower, so how about this interesting take on incorporating the clam...
